We are proud to announce the release of the PJS Annual Report 2025, a reflection of a year marked by both challenges and triumphs in our journey to empower marginalized children, families, and communities.
The year was not without its struggles. Rising costs, financial constraints, and the lingering impacts of climate-related challenges tested our strength. Yet, with the unwavering support of our well-wishers, partners, and dedicated field teams, PJS not only sustained its work but expanded its impact across 6 districts in Odisha.
Key Highlights of 2025:
✅ 10,000+ families reached through our grassroots initiatives in health, nutrition, education, and child rights.
✅ Livelihood promotion programs scaled up, enabling hundreds of women and youth to access skills, entrepreneurship, and income-generation opportunities.
✅ WASH campaigns strengthened, bringing safe drinking water, better sanitation, and hygiene awareness to remote villages where these essentials were once a distant dream.
✅ Natural disaster response mobilized, with child-centered relief and rehabilitation ensuring safety, dignity, and care during emergencies.
✅ Community voices amplified, as local champions emerged to lead awareness drives and advocate for child rights at the grassroots level.
Stories of Transformation
The Annual Report also brings forward heartfelt stories of courage and resilience — from a young girl who continued her education against all odds, to a mother who started her own small business after joining our livelihood program, to communities that came together to rebuild after devastating floods.
Each story is a reminder of why we exist: to ensure no child is left behind and every family gets a fair chance to thrive.
