Water Security Planning and Action
* Conduct water resource mapping at community and watershed levels.
* Promote sustainable water harvesting structures (check dams, ponds, rooftop harvesting).
* Facilitate community-based water budgeting and equitable distribution.
* Strengthen village-level water user committees for operation and maintenance.
* Promote safe drinking water technologies (filtration, chlorination, low-cost purification).
Rural Sanitation Plan
* Support construction and usage of individual household latrines (IHHLs).

* Promote twin-pit toilets, eco-sanitation, and low-cost innovations.
