Organization Development

We strengthen the voices of persons with disabilities by: * Promoting Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs) and self-help groups.
* Facilitating leadership training and peer support networks.
* Encouraging participation in governance and decision-making processes.
* Linking PwDs with government entitlements and schemes.

Livelihood

We promote economic independence and dignity through: * Vocational training and skill development tailored to diverse abilities.
* Promotion of self-employment, micro-enterprises, and cooperatives.
* Facilitating access to credit, markets, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
* Inclusive placement and job linkages in formal and informal sectors.

Inclusive Education

We believe every child has the right to learn and thrive. Our work includes: * Supporting mainstream schools to adopt inclusive education practices.
* Teacher training on disability-friendly pedagogy.
* Providing learning aids, assistive devices, and resource support.
* Advocacy for inclusive policies and accessible curricula.

Accessible Infrastructure

Accessibility is the foundation of inclusion. We work to: * Promote barrier-free environments in schools, offices, and public spaces.
* Advocate for universal design in buildings, transport, and technology.
* Support installation of ramps, handrails, accessible toilets, and signage.
* Demonstrate low-cost accessibility solutions at community level.

Access Audit and Social Audit

We promote accountability and transparency by: * Conducting **access audits** of public buildings, institutions, and community spaces.
* Recommending improvements to meet accessibility standards.
* Carrying out **social audits** of disability programmes and services.
* Encouraging participation of PwDs in monitoring and evaluation.

Advocacy and Rights Promotion

We work to ensure PwDs can claim their rights as equal citizens by: * Promoting awareness on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
* Campaigning for policy reforms and stronger implementation of disability laws.
* Organizing public dialogues, rallies, and media engagement on inclusion.
* Building alliances with networks and movements for disability rights.
